Cannabis plants with a street value of £40,000 have been removed during a search operation by police near Draperstown in County Londonderry.
A total of £10,000 in cash was also seized during the incident on Friday evening.
The Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI) said drugs ready for distribution, with a street value of £2,000, were also seized
One person has been arrested.
The PSNI said the search meant that a "significant drugs supply chain" had been broken.
